  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm other users.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other user accounts, or data.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our platforms without written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. User-Generated Content

Our platforms may allow you to submit reviews, messages, and other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you:

  • Represent that the content is your own original work or that you have the right to submit it.
  • Grant D.N.A. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with our services.
  • Acknowledge that User Content may be reviewed, moderated, or removed at our discretion if it violates these terms or our community standards.

We encourage honest and authentic expression. However, we reserve the right to limit vulgar or explicitly inappropriate language while maintaining an open environment for genuine feedback.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platforms — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and data compilations — are the property of D.N.A. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our proprietary content without prior written consent from D.N.A.

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
